1. Bluetooth audio was noticeably horrid from my iPhone 7+ and my girlfriends iPhone 6s, to the point it was unusable, audio calls sounded like a blender, choppy and full of static. But if from sources like youtube or anything in the HU itself it sounded amazing.
2. Youtube when played showed no video, Im not sure if thats because the e-brake wasn't wired up but It was still odd.
3. The factory subwoofer had no response it wouldn't turn on. I know its supposed to be a plug and play unit but this was the weirdest.
This isn't anything against Insane Audio because they called me and we talked for 2-3 hours on the issues before deciding to swap my unit out, the customer service is unparalleled even from my alpine unit (alpine told me to shove it when my bluetooth chip stopped working properly on my Inew960)
But Im hoping the new HU fixes all this if not Im not sure what to do
. My new unit comes in Thursday or Friday, and Ill do a test install it as soon as I can. Other than that this is one of the absolute coolest units Ive ever used, and over the last 2 years Ive had more than 7 units, in 3 different setups.
