Have you heard anything back from support? I purchased my JL3001 in august of 2020 and been having problems as well. Now my wi fi and my gps card are not turning on or being recognized.

There are a lot of things that need to be fixed. I'm to the point to getting rid of this thing if I could get someone to give me $500 for it. This radio is complete crap and the support is terrible. No music apps work on this thing and support tells me every time that they have never seen my issue or they blame it on the app.

I agree 100%. They even replaced my 4yr old one for free. And the new one is worse than the old one. Apps won’t stay open. They flash on the screen. Should have invested my $$ in a Alpine.
